The Return of hearts

Do you ever miss who you were when you first came in contact with God? When it was just all about Him. You were so madly in love and on cloud 9 you thought nothing could've changed that? Yeah, I'm at that place. The things life throws your way has a way of taking that from you. The different situations, hardships, and struggles you've faced have a way of driving you further from Him. If we're not careful, it will even put a wall between you and the Father. We may think as if He's so hard to reach and He's never interested in what you're dealing with or going through. Like what kind of father is that? Such a lie from the pit of hell. That's what the enemy wants us to believe, but trust me, God sees and he cares. He's returning hearts back to Him,that first love will be rekindled for us. When you call upon God the Father, He will come. He will see about his sons and daughters.

I know how I've viewed the Father was tainted due to different circumstances. I thought He wasn't speaking because my emotions were speaking louder than His voice. But Tonight, I had to do a self-check and opened my heart to Him. It's so beautiful how He’ll overwhelm you with His love. His love hit my heart and all I could do was cry. I'm like God I don't deserve you, but even so, he's still calling me ”Jhenelle I Love You, My Sweet Girl”. A wreck. Jesus.

God is graceful and he gives grace to the broken; so the same grace that he gives you extend it to yourself. Be gentle, you're a working progress and God is forever doing a work in you. When grace meets what you thought disqualified you from God, He will cause it to work in your favor.

It's truly okay to start over with God. Lord, I thank you that I can start over. I want to do better. I can't promise I'll get it right all the time, but I promise to come home to you and dwell. God sees everything, nothing takes Him by surprise, but he desires honesty. Be open and honest with God about you, your process, struggles, feelings, and heart desires. It makes no sense we hide it from him. He knows all the things.

Take some time and be open to God. He’s the best listener. I guarantee He will meet with you and fill you up like it’s the first time.

God never left, so don’t ever dismiss yourself from his presence.

Jeremiah 24:7

'I will give them the heart to know Me, for I am the LORD; and they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with their whole heart.
